The Spirit of the Garden

Commissioned by the Worshipful Company of Mercers’ to mark the opening of their new development in Mercers Street, Covent Garden. The historic bust was reinvented as an image that would be meaningful to a contemporary audience, but retain some of the qualities of Hogarth’s 18th century London.
